Life serendipitously guided me to the Art of Living programs in 1999.

I have benefitted immensely from the techniques and knowledge offered by the Foundation under the guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and it is my privilege to share these with you.

Below is an overview of the various courses I am currently blessed to teach.

All proceeds go directly to the Art of Living Foundation.

1. MEDITATION: SAHAJ SAMADHI DHYAN YOGA

6 HOURS (2hrs/day for 3 consecutive days) Age eligibility: 16+

Introduction to the layers and states of consciousness

2. EXCELLENCE AT WORKPLACE PROGRAMS FOR MSMEs

12-16 HRS spread over consecutive days

An effective combination of breathing techniques (Sudarshan Kriya) to manage stress and insights and interactive exercises to enhance leadership and teamwork.

3. HAPPINESS PROGRAM

10.5 HRS (3.5hrs/day for 3 days). Age eligibility: 18+
A combination of wisdom sutras and breathing techniques (Sudarshan Kriya) to master the art of living!

Experiences

I found a simple technique—the Sudarshan Kriya--to de-stress in a matter of minutes. I’m no longer at the mercy of stress. I also learnt the 5 keys to peace and happiness which made a very positive change in my attitude and way of thinking.

4. SRI SRI YOGA

10HRS (1-2HRS/DAY, 5 DAYS) Age eligibility: 14+

A series of asanas, pranayama and meditation taught on consecutive days as a thorough introduction to a basic yoga practice.

Doing this course made me realize that there is more to yoga than just exercises.

5. KNOW YOUR CHILD/KNOW YOUR TEEN

2.5 HRS

A workshop that brings insights into the nature of children/teens and how our interaction with them shapes them.

Experiences

I don’t have kids of my own but have 27 kids I teach in school. There are so many ideas to help parents and teachers. I realized the mistakes I have made and I am going to use all the learnings.

6. MEDHA YOGA (FORMERLY Y.E.S. Youth Empowerment Seminar)

12HRS (3hrs/day for 4 consecutive days). Age eligibility: 13-17 years

A stimulating workshop that equips teens with breathing techniques and perspectives to navigate this delicate phase of life.
